TERMS OF DELIVERY
General Overview of the Web Store
Our prices include the 24% FI VAT. The products are sold in the web store by Crea Iloa Oy, registration number FI27013442. We reserve the right to price changes and postage price changes. All customer information is dealt with in confidence. Crea Iloa Oy commits itself to not disclose any customer information to third parties.
We deliver our products worldwide. You can by our products at our web store. Once you have submitted your order, you will receive a confirmation of purchase order through email, as well as a delivery confirmation after the product is posted. If you do not receive the confirmations, please contact us at email@example.com.
Ordering a product is easy. You can pay the product either through Checkout (Finnish web banks), PayPal or by bank transfer.
Postage and packing costs become visible once you have chosen the way of payment and delivery. The delivery time is approximately five days, depending on the order and the chosen way of delivery. The product description contains more precise information about the delivery time. We are not liable for delivery delays or subsequent mediation in the event of force majeure. We inform our customers about delivery time deviations on the product page in the web store.
Alternatively, the product can also be picked up at our office at an appointed time.

Right of Return and Exchange
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 14 days of the purchase date. Returns must be unused, in the original state and packaging, with original tags attached. Customer is responsible for the return postage. Crea Iloa Oy refunds the postage only if the item was wrong or faulty.
Please attach your contact information and account number to the return for refund. The refund is made after the product is received, checked, and if the return meets the above conditions. If you plan to return the product, please contact us first by sending email to (firstname.lastname@example.org).
If you wish to exchange the product, the exchange should be done within 14 days of the purchase date by contacting us at email@example.com.

If the product has gone missing or broken during the transportation, or if the customer receives wrong item, the customer shall inform us about the situation by sending email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Notification about wrong or faulty product shall be made to Crea Iloa Oy within 14 days from the reception of the product for a prompt and courteous exchange or refund. If the packet is damaged during the shipment, a reclamation to the post office needs to be made immediately.
